Tri Tower Telecom is searching for an Inside Sales Specialist to join their team in Rochester, NY. This is an in-person role where you would need to come into the office each day.
If you have 1+ years of inside sales and/or buyer experience this is an opportunity, you need to explore! An associate degree in business administration or related field is required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with, and support, Vendor Sales Team Lead to achieve monthly team quota.

Prepare and launch “want to sell” opportunities on trade sites.

Process incoming “vendor” customer requests from trade sites, email, and eCommerce.

Prepare and execute product pushes to existing Vendor customers.

Perform lead generation opportunities for Vendor Sales Team Lead.

Deliver excellent customer service driven by our Core Values to ensure ongoing sales and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Actively engage with vendors to develop business relationships.

Monitor and respond to quote requests.

Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
-
An associate degree in business or related field is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Proven work experience in Account management.

Hands on experience with CRM/ERP software and databases.

Hand-on experience in working in Excel, Word and power point.

Experience working in the Telecom Industry is preferred.
