Tri Tower Telecom is searching for an Inside Sales Specialist to join their team in Rochester, NY.  This is an in-person role where you would need to come into the office each day.


If you have 1+ years of inside sales and/or buyer experience this is an opportunity, you need to explore! An associate degree in business administration or related field is required.

  • Collaborate with, and support, Vendor Sales Team Lead to achieve monthly team quota.

  • Prepare and launch “want to sell” opportunities on trade sites.

  • Process incoming “vendor” customer requests from trade sites, email, and eCommerce.

  • Prepare and execute product pushes to existing Vendor customers.

  • Perform lead generation opportunities for Vendor Sales Team Lead.

  • Deliver excellent customer service driven by our Core Values to ensure ongoing sales and a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Actively engage with vendors to develop business relationships.

  • Monitor and respond to quote requests.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • An associate degree in business or related field is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

  • Proven work experience in Account management.

  • Hands on experience with CRM/ERP software and databases.

  • Hand-on experience in working in Excel, Word and power point.

  • Experience working in the Telecom Industry is preferred.


  • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.

  • Team players are able to positively relate to diverse personalities.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication skills for both internally and customer facing.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
