Tri Tower Telecom is searching for a Test Lab Associate to join our team in Rochester, NY  

​

RESPONSIBILITIES + DUTIES

• Tests incoming equipment from purchase orders and outgoing equipment for sales orders 

• Reads and interprets specific test procedures to properly perform and document test results 

• Performs accurate testing of equipment using measurement instruments and test programs  

• Collects test data and prepares complete, detailed reports  

• Inputs required data and processes electronic records using inventory ERP system 

• Communicates equipment problems to Test Team Lead in a timely manner

If you have 1-2 years’ experience in IT, Network Systems or a related field, this is an opportunity you need to explore! An Associate degree in IT, Networking or related field is preferred. 

 

Special Skills: An expert understanding of computers, a general understanding of Networking /IT, networking protocols (IPv4, IPv6), and internet protocols (HTTP, TFTP, DHCP)
