Tri Tower Telecom is searching for an Inside Sales Specialist to join their team in Rochester, NY. This is
an in-person role where you would need to come into the office each day.

If you have 1+ years of inside sales and/or buyer experience this is an opportunity you need to

Duties and Responsibilities:

  •  Collaborate with, and support, Vendor Sales Team Lead to achieve monthly team quota

  •  Prepare and launch “want to sell” opportunities on trade sites

  •  Process incoming “vendor” customer requests from trade sites, email, and eCommerce

  •  Prepare and execute product pushes to existing Vendor customers

  •  Deliver excellent customer service driven by our Core Values to ensure ongoing sales and a high level of customer satisfaction

  •  Actively engage with vendors to develop business relationships

  •  Monitor and respond to quote requests
