Tri Tower Telecom is searching for a Sales Manager to join our team in Rochester, NY

If you have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, 5+ years of sales experience, and at least 3 years of sales leadership experience, this is an opportunity you need to explore!

RESPONSIBILITIES + DUTIES

• Hires, trains, and manages performance, and provides leadership to the sales team

• Motivates and encourages sales team to ensure quotas are met.

• Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.

• Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts.

• Assigns territories and/or customers and sets quotas for sales teams.

• Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other sales issues

• Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.

• Prepares sales budget; monitors and approves expenses.

• Performs other duties as assigned
