This position requires a self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented individual responsible for sorting, inspecting, identifying, and organizing inbound inventory. This is a production-focused position that emphasizes urgency without sacrificing the high-quality standards established.  This individual will work as a team with the Asset Recovery Team to facilitate the efficient receipt, storage, and maintenance of networking and telecommunications equipment for processing. Additionally, this position will demanufacture equipment for the purposes of asset recovery and parts reclamation. Meticulous creation and maintenance of detailed physical and electronic records is critical.  Excellent communication skills are needed to collaborate with numerous roles and departments working together as a team to meet organizational objectives and our CORE values.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pulls product from stock locations for asset recovery.

• Transfers equipment electronically, in and out of physical locations as needed.

• Collaborate with the Asset Recovery Team to set priority levels and execute the reclamation of equipment slated for parts salvage or asset recovery.

• Collaborate with the Asset Recovery Team to set priority levels and execute the receipt of all incoming equipment from stock buys and consignment.

• Pulls and inspects equipment orders from stock as needed and communicates to appropriate parties in a timely manner.

• Prepares product from stock for various sales channels.

• Transfers equipment manually, using a pallet jack, carts, rolling, and step ladders as needed.

• Maintains labeling, stocking, and electronic records of equipment from stock buys, consignment, testing, receiving or refurbishment.

• Maintains a clean and organized warehouse to ensure safe and efficient working conditions and meticulous equipment storage.

• Monitors and maintains work area supplies, equipment, materials, and stations.

• Communicates equipment problems to leadership in a timely manner.

• Communicate status updates on inventory projects as needed, both verbally and electronically.

• Complies with company policies and procedures, giving special attention to safety regulations.

• Typewriting and computer skills (Microsoft Office, Inventory Management System, online research, printing, labeling and scanning) 

• Strong knowledge of tool use and relatable experience with warehouse equipment

• Ability to lift, carry, stack, wrap, and move product exceeding 50 pounds on an ongoing basis safely and efficiently

• Comfortability with heights

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND TRAINING

• Experience with using ERPs or other inventory management systems is required.

• Experience working in a warehouse is required.

• Experience working in inventory control is preferred.
