DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development

Responsible for identifying prospective customers through various channels, such as online research, social media, and networking events.

Responsible for initiating contact with the prospects via cold calls or through email to introduce the company’s product or services.

Responsible for both evaluating the prospects interest level in becoming a customer and securing a meeting with a Business Development Representative.

Responsible for entering data into NetSuite and other sales-related platforms.

Support and collaborate with the Business Development Team to move prospective customers through the sales process.
Customer Relations

Support the Sales Team by re-engaging inactive customers to rekindle interest and encourage them to resume their relationship with the company

Support the Sales Team by providing updates to our customers regarding new products or services.

Support the Sales Team by conducting customer satisfaction surveys.
