We are here to help.

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has issued a new executive order mandating all businesses and not-for-profit entities in the state to reduce their in-person workforce at any location by 100%, with some exceptions for operations deemed essential, in order to cope with the Coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic. This mandate went into effect at 8 p.m. Sunday, March 22.


Tri Tower Telecom has been declared an Essential Business and will continue to support our clients during this unprecedented time of need.

Safety first.
Our remarkable Team at Tri Tower continues to operate at 100% - with a few modifications to ensure everyone’s safety and health. 
In accordance with the CDC’s recommendations, we will continue to do the following:

  • Increase the frequency of rigorous routine cleanings

  • Practice Social Distancing throughout our office and warehouse

  • Encourage our sales, marketing and accounting teams to work from home to the greatest extent possible

TRI TOWER TELECOM COVID-19 UPDATE

 

Tri Tower is here to help and we will do our best to continue regular operations

during this time of need.

 

Our Team at Tri Tower Telecom understands the significant impact of COVID-19 in our work, community and family lives. During these trying times our thoughts are with those in our local communities who have contracted the virus and those who are on the front line working to prevent a rapid spread.

Tri Tower recognizes that we support those who provide mission critical services to their clients.  As we follow the increasing trend in employees working from home, school closings and the importance of social distancing, we realize that our products and services are needed now more than ever.

Tri Tower is here to help, and we will do our best to continue regular operations during this time of need. We have taken precautions to keep our employees and their families safe and, as always, stand committed to our core values of Integrity, Quality and Reliability.

At this time we are restricting all travel and limiting non-essential outside visitors. We are also closely monitoring updates and recommendations from local, state and federal public health authorities.
